Response time
We typically respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays. We're a small team, so responses may be slower on weekends, but we do read everything.
For bug reports, please include:
- ·Which converter you were using (Markdown→Word, Word→Markdown, etc.)
- ·What browser and operating system you're on
- ·A brief description of what happened vs. what you expected
- ·If possible, a sample document that reproduces the issue (optional — never required)
You never need to attach an actual document — describe the formatting issue and we can reproduce it. We don't collect documents.
